I couldn't be happier to support Girls on the Run doing my favorite thing, RUNNING! To help empower young women to live a healthy lifestyle and shoot for their goals, is something that will help me push through each mile. I'm running the Colfax Marathon to support the cause, as well as coaching this season. I look forward to this experience and bringing my love for running to such a good cause. As a personal trainer, I look forward to sharing the benefits and the joy that comes from movement!
