Running has been one of the most grounding and transformative forces in my life. It has carried me through seasons of joy and challenge, teaching me resilience, discipline, and believing in myself when I needed it most. Physically, it has made me stronger. Mentally, it has given me clarity. Emotionally, it has been my outlet, my therapy, and my reminder that I am capable of hard things. Every mile has shaped who I am. That’s why I am so proud to run the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon in support of Girls on the Run. This program empowers young girls with tools that go far beyond physical activity — it builds confidence, fosters kindness, encourages leadership, and teaches them to embrace their unique strengths. At a time when so many girls begin to doubt themselves, Girls on the Run creates a space where they feel seen, supported, and unstoppable. I know firsthand how powerful running can be in shaping self-worth and resilience, and I want more girls to experience that same sense of strength and endless possibilities. Every dollar raised helps ensure that girls have access to this life-changing program — and that they learn early on that they can do hard things, too.
