Jessica Shepherd, Baird's current representative on the Girls on the Run Board of Directors, is inviting you to give back this spring during this Baird Finance Team Fundraiser for the GOTR Spring 5K!

This organization empowers girls, fosters confidence, and promotes physical activity and will serve over 3,100 girls in 2026! Baird's long-standing partnership with Girls on the Run has impacted thousands of girls throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. This spring, the organization will serve over 23,000 participants since 2007! Your support through this campaign will directly impact each girl participating in the 8-week spring season where they'll grow in their confidence and build self-pride in the big goals they set for themselves.
Help Baird reach it's goal to raise $2,500 before the GOTR 5K on May 31st!
$100 – Provide running shoes for 3 girls to help them create a lifelong appreciation for fitness
$50 – Support & appreciate a team of volunteer coaches for their seasons of service with Girls on the Run
$25 – Provide one girl with program supplies for the eight-week season, including a t-shirt, journal, & lap counters
$10 – Provide healthy snacks to one girl for 16 after-school practices
