Running has been part of my life since 2015. What started as a personal journey for strength, balance, and self-care has grown into something that means so much more to me over the years.
As a mother of two daughters, I care deeply about helping girls grow up feeling confident, capable, and proud of who they are. That’s why this year I’m proud to run in support of Girls on the Run of the Hudson Valley.
Girls on the Run empowers young girls to believe in themselves, embrace their individuality, and discover their inner strength through movement and mentorship. Running has shown me that we are all stronger than we think, and I love the idea of young girls discovering that same “superpower” within themselves.
I want girls to feel free to be exactly who they are—strong, joyful, determined, and full of possibility. If running can help them see that they can do hard things and love themselves along the way, then it’s something truly special.
Your support will help provide programs, scholarships, and opportunities for girls throughout the Hudson Valley to build confidence, friendships, and a lifelong love of movement.
Thank you for supporting these amazing girls and helping them realize their own superpowers. 💗🏃♀️
