I believe that every young girl deserves to grow up knowing she is strong, capable, and confident.
Training for the Girls on the Run 5K has been tough, but every long run and early morning mile has been a powerful reminder of what I can achieve when I commit. The pain and perseverance I’ve experienced on the road mirror the grit and resilience that Girls on the Run teaches its participants. Every time my legs feel heavy, I think about the girls I'm running for, girls who are learning to keep going even when life feels tough. My training is about more than a medal; it’s about modeling dedication and showing up, just as I hope to help them show up for themselves.
Please consider making a donation today. Together, we can empower girls to boldly pursue their dreams. Thank you for supporting my run and the future of our local girls!
