The Great Ohio River Swim hosts an elite "Double Dip” event, limited to a small group of swimmers. Participants will swim 2.5 miles downstream, ending at the Public Landing, followed by the traditional 900-meter swim across the Ohio River and back.
Double Dippers commit to raising funds (at least $200) for Adventure Crew to support its programs. They include a Swim Training Program, which provides city teens with access to high-quality swim lessons, water safety instruction and lifeguard certification.
