This year, I’m running my 20th marathon — and my 4th NYC Marathon — with a purpose that means so much to me: supporting Girls on the Run.
Twenty marathons in, I can confidently say that running has shaped who I am. It has built my confidence, strengthened my resilience, and shown me that I am capable of more than I ever imagined. Every finish line represents perseverance, self-belief, and the power of setting big goals.
That’s why I’m proud to fundraise for Girls on the Run. Their programs help young girls build confidence, develop life skills, and realize their limitless potential — all through the power of movement. They’re not just training for a 5K; they’re learning how to stand tall, support one another, and believe in themselves.
Running the NYC Marathon again is an incredible personal milestone, but being able to use these 26.2 miles to uplift the next generation makes it even more meaningful.
If running has taught me anything over 20 marathons, it’s that small steps add up to big impact. Your support — at any level — helps ensure more girls have access to programs that inspire confidence, connection, and strength.
Thank you for cheering me on and for helping empower the next generation to cross their own finish lines.
