Girls on the Run holds a special place for my girls and me, as we experienced it's positive impact together. As a coach I watched girls grow and become more confident in themselves and achieve goals they didn't think possible. How powerful! When we EDUCATE and EMPOWER, we lift up a generation. Let's teach all our children to be joyful, confident and healthy. It's the gift that gives for a lifetime!
