As a Girls on the Run coach, I get a front-row seat to the incredible transformation that happens when girls realize their strength, worth, and potential. I support Girls on the Run because it’s so much more than running—it's about building confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of self in every girl who laces up her shoes. Empowering the girls in my local community, means investing in a future where they can lead with courage and compassion. Watching them overcome challenges during practice, the 5K and in the classroom inspires me every single day—and that’s what fuels my own training for the Every Woman's Marathon on November 16th in Scottsdale, AZ. Every early morning run, every mile I log, is a constant reminder of the strength we build when we believe in ourselves and each other. When we uplift one another. I’m incredibly proud to be a SoleMate and to run not just for my Girls on the Run team, but with them in spirit—step by step, mile by mile, heart to heart.
