I always had this feeling when things got tough to just leave. Run away. Just go. So one day, I did. As hard as it was and how unbelievably unbearable it was. It felt fantastic, like everything got quieter and I was able to think about things clearly. Now I run every other day and I feel so great, looking at my times and racing my past self is so rewarding I would love it if others felt the same way. Some say most people run because of how much adversity they went though in their life so what is more better than running volunteraly. It is an empowered decision that add physical and mental strength and it helpful for heath as a bonus. Just wanting to share the love
