As a dad of two, I’m running the NYC Half Marathon with Girls on the Run to set an example for my children and for all young kids who deserve the chance to grow up healthy, confident, and active. I want my daughter and son—and every child—to see that staying active isn’t just about sports; it’s about building strength, discipline, and resilience that carries through life.
Girls on the Run supports youth running and fitness programs across the country, giving kids a safe, encouraging space to move, play, and dream big. Training for this half marathon reminds me every day that healthy habits start early—and I’m proud to be part of a cause that helps the next generation run toward their potential.
