I’m usually the one on the mic, not the machine—but this team has always been about more than roles. It’s early mornings, shared struggle, and knowing you’re never pushing alone. Being part of this team has taught me how to lead, trust, and give everything I have for something bigger than myself. So even though I don’t usually row, I will now—because this team means that much to me.
