I’m dedicating this journey to Girls on the Run—an organization I wish had been around when I was younger. Growing up, I struggled with confidence and motivation, and it wasn’t until my 30s—and now my 40s—that I truly found my strength. I didn’t start running half marathons until my 40s, but every mile has been a reminder of how far I’ve come.
Girls on the Run helps young girls build confidence, develop life skills, and find joy in movement—things I wish I had as a kid. I want to be the support and encouragement I didn’t have for girls who may be facing similar challenges.
If you’d like to support me on this marathon journey and help empower young girls along the way, I’d be grateful for any donation, big or small. Every dollar goes toward building a future where all girls believe in themselves and their potential.
Thank you for cheering me on—both in this race and in this mission!
