New Pinwheel Updates!
  1. In Events, under Participants, the Bib Import tool is new and improved! Use this tool to import assigned bib numbers in advance of an athletic event.
  2. A new field has been added to the participant record in events to display the language (English or Spanish) selected when the registration was completed.
  3. In Event Settings, the option to copy volunteers and site liaisons on receipts has been removed due to privacy concerns. Instead, use the Volunteer Portal, where all non-financial participant information can be made available to volunteers and site liaisons.

New Pinwheel Updates!
  1. Events can now have a limit set for total participants with the option to either close registration or enable a waiting list when the cap is hit. This new control can be found in Event - Settings at the bottom of the General tab.
  2. Donations made in Site Application in recruitment campaigns will now create new organization donor records when the application is accepted.
  3. In the Volunteer Portal, the Email Participants button now includes Parent #2.

New Pinwheel Updates!

Welcome to our new Announcements page! Here are some recent changes to Pinwheel:

  1. A notification bell has been added to notify users when there are new announcements from the Pinwheel team.
  2. Donation records in fundraisers now have a “Tax Deductible?” field. This value also appears in the Contributors List report.
  3. Person records now display the person’s Pinwheel username on the General tab.
  4. In Event Categories, the pricing values have been moved from a separate tab to the bottom of the Settings tab.
  5. On the Donations Dashboard in events, users can now click on a donor name from the grid to open the record and enter the Thank You sent date.
  6. Users can now paste values from a spreadsheet into multiple-choice custom questions using the Insert Set of Values button on the Answer Options tab.
