SPRING 2026 GOTR Columbia **Program Registration**
Girls on the Run Columbia
Girls on the Run serves girls in 3rd-5th grades, and Heart & Sole serves girls in 6th-8th grades.
Teams meet 2 times per week for 8 weeks (2 times per week for 10 weeks for Heart & Sole).
No previous running experience is required, and we welcome all levels of physical fitness and abilities.
We are a non-competitive program and do not emphasize speed. Due to the importance of small group discussion and development, teams are limited to 15-18 girls depending on the number of coaches.
Spots on the team are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Financial assistance is available and can be applied for in this online application.
