Walk, Woof, and Wag with us in 2022!

Walk Woof Wag is an annual dog festival and walk benefitting the Chico Animal Shelter's medical fund. This beloved event is fun for the whole family and features a doggie costume contest, an agility course, tons of games and activities for pups and their people, a professional pet photography and pet psychic "dog whisperers", face painting and crafting, a group walk through beautiful Lower Bidwell Park, and delicious treats for everyone! 

Your registration earns you access to all of this, plus a high quality commemorative T-shirt and a baggie full of delights for canines and humans alike. 

Participants are welcome to bring their well-socialized, leashed dogs OR just come without one, and make some new doggie friends! 

The Chico Animal Shelter is a nonprofit organization that provides shelter, healing, housing, and care for stray and injured dogs and cats in Butte County. The proceeds from this annual event keep their medical fund supplemented so that they can continue providing necessary care to lost and injured pets in the Chico area. If you are feeling generous, please consider an additional donation when you register, to help the Shelter help animals.
