Get into gear with Girls in Gaer! Our learn-to-ride clinic is designed for all ages to teach how to balance and pedal a bicycle

Important: For all riders, the bike seat must be lowered enough to enable the rider to sit while placing their heels flat on the ground.  This increases control and reduces anxiety while learning to balance.  Riders must wear a properly fitted bicycle helmet.
