Girls on the Run is NOT about running. We are a positive youth development program that uses physical activity as a tool to teach vital life skills like creating positive connections, stopping to take a breath before reacting, problem-solving, and standing up for ourselves as well as others. Our programs promote full-person wellness, mind, body, spirit, social, and heart. This 5K is a celebration of the milestones our participants have hit during their 8-10week season and it provides a tangible understanding of the confidence that comes from accomplishment. 

Join our community as we celebrate and really make our stars shine bright. Let us motivate, empower, and encourage ourselves and each other at this 5K.

The Girls on the Run Spring 5K will take place on Sunday, April 26th.
