GOTR Lancaster Fall 2025 5K - Spirit on the Course Signs

Anyone who has been to a Girls on the Run 5K knows that it is unlike any other running event.  It is a celebration of and for the girls who are completing an ten week season of Girls on the Run programming.  Positive energy abounds as the girls dance to warm-up music, get "tattoos" on their faces, and gather with their teammates to celebrate their accomplishments.  Our 5K is a non-competitive event that will bring a smile to your face! 

Spirit on the Course signs are a great way to participate and support your special girl, even if you can't be there!

Personalize a sign with a special message and your girl(s) will see it staked along the course as they pass by.  They can be picked up in the Pucillo parking lot adjacent to the event after the race to take home as a reminder of their accomplishments or picked up at the GOTR office (1062 Manheim Pike, Lancaster) for a month after the event.
