Finding Connection Workshop - GOTR for Grownups

Our Finding Connections Workshop is based on the Girls on the Run Heart and Sole (grades 6-8) curriculum, modified for adults (and with gentle movement, not running). We'll be making connections with ourselves and each other, while creating a safe, inclusive space. 

At Girls on the Run of Snohomish County, we strive to help girls and gender-expansive persons (of all ages) learn life lessons and reach their limitless potential. Our youth-focused curriculum is relevant to all ages and participating in this workshop offers a great way to experience first-hand the impact we're having in our communities. 

This event is an opportunity to celebrate, connect, learn and grow as individuals and as a community. This event is free to attend but registration is required to help us plan ahead for refreshments and materials, as space is limited.
