Shop with a Hero Golf Outing 2025

This golf outing has been going on with the support of the Lakeland Corrections Employees and so many other wonderful people. 

We try to make this a fun event but in the end it supports the efforts of heroes.  These heroes including law enforcement, fire fighters, first responders, corrections officers and more.     The money raised from this outing supports the efforts of an event to assist officers and kiddos from traumatic situations to come together.  

They come together with children from domestic violence situations to let these young victims understand that these heroes are real people.  That they care about the children and their families and are there for their safety.  

They come together for a meal and then a ride to Walmart where they shop for something for their family, something for themselves and a little something for toys for tots. 

It is truly a spectacular and heart warming event that allows the kiddos to see the heart of these heroes not just the uniform.
