Welcome to Girls on the Run! – a life-changing experience for girls! Our mission is to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. Girls do not need to be runners to participate, but they can be, and they should be open to the idea of paying, moving, and running while learning more about themselves, others, and the world around them.
