Girls on the Run North Alabama
Anyone who has been to a Girls on the Run 5K knows that it is unlike any other running event. It is a celebration of and for the girls completing a 10-week/20-lesson session of Girls on the Run (3rd-5th grade) and Heart & Sole (6th-8th grade). By the day of the 5K, their enthusiasm is so unbridled that they are running around before the start line! Positive energy abounds as the girls dance to warm-up music, dress up and smile in our photo station, meet our partners and sponsors, and gather with their teammates to hold hands as they head to the starting line. The 5K is sure to bring a smile to your face! You will be so glad you joined us!
Because this is a fund-raising Scholarship drive, the entry fee is non-refundable.
