Girls on the Run Calhoun County
Welcome to Heart and Sole! This program is for girls in 6th–8th grade and is a continuation of our Girls on the Run program for 3rd–5th graders. Our mission is to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.
