Welcome to Girls on the Run with Heart of Missouri Girls on the Run! YOU HAVE JOINED a life-changing, non-profit program for girls in the 3rd through 8th grade.
Our mission is to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum that creatively integrates running.
