Let Me Run - Sussex County DE 2023 Spring Program

Let Me Run is a nonprofit wellness program that inspires boys to be themselves, be active, and belong. Twice a week for seven weeks, trained volunteer coaches lead an elementary or middle school team through practice. Designed to amplify confidence, self-expression, and respect for others, each practice includes a lesson that incorporates running, games and activities. Each fall and spring season culminates in a 5k race festival that celebrates the boys’ personal growth. For those areas that do not have a sponsored LMR 5k in their area a small additional race fee will be added/incurred. — as well as the added value of a program that supports boys’ emotional, social and physical health.
