Welcome to the Girls on the Run Rhode Island/Bristol County MA Program Registration Form! Girls on the Run RI is committed to inspiring girls of RI and Bristol County MA joyful, healthy, and confident!   Questions: Please reach out to our Program Manager, Elizabeth McGann at elizabeth.mcgann@girlsontherun.org.   

Please read ALL information below, carefully:

Program cost includes:  

• 20 lessons conducted by certified GOTR Coaches
• GOTR race day t-shirt & GOTR water bottle
• Coaching from extensively trained volunteer & lesson materials 
• Entry into the end of season 5K celebration including a finisher's medal

Financial Assistance: We will NEVER turn a participant away due to financial constraints. We offer financial assistance based on household income.  Fees range from $20-$180.  You will have the opportunity to request financial assistance in this application (no further paperwork is required).    

Key Season Dates: 

• Teams are starting the week of February 26, 2024.  Your site’s head coach will contact you a week before the season with start date details. 
• All teams will end with a culminating celebratory 5K event in May. 

Registration Process: Registration begins January 1 with a 14 day lottery period.   After the lottery, spots will be available on a first come, first served basis. If you are placed on the waiting list upon registering, don't worry! We will do everything we can to add additional team options to accommodate all participants who wish to participate this season.   

Who is a GOTR Girl?:  Girls on the Run helps girls recognize their potential and rise above gender expectations that may limit their health, confidence, and joy. We respect and value the individuality and dignity of all people and welcome children who identify as girls, nonbinary, and gender-nonconforming to participate in our program.
