Welcome to Girls on the Run! – a life-changing, non-profit program for girls in the 3rd through 8th grade. Our mission is to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. Each season, more than 300 girls from schools across Central Louisiana come together to participate in Girls on the Run. At the end of each season, all girls and schools will come together to complete a 5K.

- The Spring 2024 season will kick off Monday, Feb 19th. Program days and times vary by school site. Please refer to your site's recruitment flyers for your GOTR girl's practice day and time.
- Practice will take place after school at your GOTR girl's school. Please reach out to the GOTR coach to determine the exact location (for example: playground, classroom, track).
