Fall 2023 Season

Last month we wrapped up our fall 2023 season with two celebratory 5K events at Dulles Town Center and in Pentagon City.

Over 3,000 GOTR participants and community members joined us at the start line for 3.1 celebratory miles!

With the fall 2023 season behind us, we are looking ahead to the spring 2024 season. Mark your calendars for these important dates:

• February 1st - Site RSVPs due
• February 5th - Program registration opens for the spring 2024 season
• March 4th - Spring 2024 season begins
• May 18th & 19th - 5K weekend

Dates are tentative and subject to change.

Empowering Girls through Every Stride in 2023

Help us continue to empower the young girls in our community. When you donate you are investing in programs that build confidence in 3rd - 8th graders throughout Northern Virginia. 

When a girl has a strong sense of self-worth, she can think for herself, share her ideas even when it's hard, choose healthy relationships, and stand up for herself and others around her.

Become a Coach

Girls on the Run coaches are trained volunteers who lead a team of participants through a season of powerful and fun lessons.

You do not need to be a runner; you simply need to have a desire to support and encourage the next generation.
