This month we are highlighting MENTORship!

Lead by example and become a mentor by volunteering in your community! Volunteering at one of our 5K events or becoming a GOTR NOVA Coach are great places to start!

One person’s actions can change the course of someones life. People in your community are waiting on you to be that person.

We have multiple 5K volunteer opportunities available, including:

• Packet Pick Up Events (prior to the 5K)

• Registration

• Course Marshals

• Cheer Marshals

• Corral Marshals

• Road Runners/Running Buddies

• Water Station Helpers

• Happy Hair Helpers

María José Ovalle is back and bringing the same energy and entertainment to both finish lines!

We will be hosting two 5K events to celebrate the Fall 2022 Season and all are welcome to join!

Saturday, November 19, at Dulles Town Center

&

Sunday, November 20, at Ballston

Registration for the 5K is open and will remain open as space allows. 

5K registration costs will increase to $45 at 11:59 p.m. on

Monday, October 31. 

Don't delay, register today!

If you are not a Buddy Runner and not associated with a specific team, please select either

"Z- Community Runner - November 19 - Dulles Town Center, Sterling, VA"

or

"Z- Community Runner - November 20 - Ballston, Arlington, VA"

from the categories, depending on which 5K you would like to attend.
