ROCHESTER- Girls on the Run MN 5K Volunteers Fall 2025

Volunteer registration for our Fall 5K is filled. We are grateful for the amazing support of our event! Please email 5k@gotrmn.org with questions.
Supporters are still welcome to be involved with the GOTR 5K in a number of ways:
- Race day spectator - show up ready to cheer girls on as they cross the finish line! Create encouraging signs, bring a cowbell, and foster a celebratory atmosphere. Runners will take off starting at 9:00am. Feel free to stop by!
- Community Runner - register to run the 5K as a community runner! All are welcome to participate in this celebratory, non-competitive 5K.
