IF YOU ARE A RETURNING SITE, PLEASE FILL OUT THE INFORMATION THAT HAS CHANGED ABOUT YOUR SITE.

NEW SITES ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THIS SECTION.

While Girls on the Run provides almost everything needed to run the program, the site is required to provide the following:

* Outdoor space - This space could be a track, field, playground, walking path, etc. - enough room for the girls to run consistent laps. it does not need to be a traditional "running" space. Arrange this with the school prior to signing up the site and complete any necessary forms.

* Indoor space - In the event of inclement weather, you will want to be prepared to meet indoors. This can be a classroom or in-building meeting space. It could be a gym or cafeteria but does not have to be. Girls can run laps in the hallways if allowed. This MUST be arranged with the school prior to signing up the site.

You are responsible for completing and submitting any necessary space request forms (contact us for insurance information). Complete this as soon as possible.
