How will your families register for the program?

We highly recommend online registration for your convenience.

If your site chooses to use paper registration forms, you will be responsible to enter the information into our database system, Pinwheel, as soon as girl registration papers come to you. You will be responsible to notify families if a girl did not make it on the team b/c it is full.

If your site chooses to use both paper and online registration, the above is true AND you will need to time stamp the paper forms when they come in. Once your site capacity is reached, you will need to notify families who used paper if their girl did not make the team.

* All paper forms and money collected must be turned in by Mid Season Celebration.
