Thank you for your interest in running a site at your school!

We are excited to be able to offer the program to more girls. There are a few things we need in order to consider your application:

Please provide a minimum of 4 coaching candidates per team for your site. (There must be a minimum of 2 GOTR trained coaches at each practice for a team of up to 15 girls; having at least 4 coaches allows flexibility). If you will need community volunteers as coaches, please indicate that below. All sites must have at least one coach who is CPR/First Aid certified.

All new coaches will be required to attend one in-person Girls on the Run training session in addition to completing online training modules. New coaches can expect to be at in-person training for about 4 hours total, and the self-paced online training modules should take between 3-3.5 hours to complete. Returning coaches are required to attend an in-person training session for about 1 hour.

ALL coaching candidates must complete a coach application for the current season (when applications open), and a background check must be completed/updated every 2 years through our vendor.
