Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Girls on the Run St. Louis! This form is to sign up as a volunteer to enter survey data from the spring and fall 2026 seasons of Girls on the Run. Survey data is vital to the continued improvements and success of GOTR programming, and your support in entering this data is greatly appreciated!

By registering as a volunteer, you agree to enter data from surveys given to participants and coaches at the beginning and end of the season. You are agreeing to complete this data entry prior to the deadlines (June 30th for Spring data, December 30th for Fall data) or to communicate any delay in entry to the GOTR team. Data entry can be done remotely (computer and internet access are needed) or at the GOTR office (scheduled Mon-Thurs. 9am-5pm).

Volunteers entering data remotely are responsible for picking up and returning surveys to the GOTR office. By submitting this form, you understand that all surveys, including questions and responses, are property of GOTR-STL and should not be shared without prior authorization by GOTR-STL. After completing this form, you will receive an email when surveys are ready to be picked up OR to schedule a time to volunteer in the office.
