Event Volunteer for the Girls on the Run 5K 2023

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Girls on the Run 5K presented by the Jennings Strouss Foundation!

As girls from across the Valley come together with public event participants to achieve their goals on 5K day, they will be depending on volunteers like you to help them shine.

VOLUNTEER ROLES:

Event Expo Volunteer: Assist in key areas such as the GOTR Fun Zone, Registration and Information
Shift Time: 5:45 - 10:00 am

Course Support Volunteer: Assist in important course positions such as at aid stations, course directional support and at the finish line
Shift Time: 6:30 - 10:00 am

Event Clean Up Volunteer: Help us break down the event and pack up
Shift Time: 10:00 am - noon

TEAMS
Gather fellow students, friends, colleagues, group members etc. to form a volunteer team! If you are interested in forming a team, your team captain should please click on “I’d like to create a team button” during registration and follow the prompts. Once the team is created it will show in a drop down box at the top of all registration forms for other team members to select. If you are participating with a team be sure to select your team name during the registration process.
