In 2014, SWMI RACERS partnered with the Whirlpool Veterans Association to create a 5K that would not only honor Veterans Day, but would also benefit a veterans’ organization. RACERS members discovered Stiggy’s Dogs, a 501(c)3 organization based in Howell Michigan, and the RACERS Rescue Run 5K was born!
