Join us for the 8th Annual Chili Hop 5K on Sunday, October 15, 2015. This “Trail Run” could be exactly what you need if you’ve got that itch to get out your spikes for a race on a nice flat course! Participants run or walk on a mix of mown grass and trails around the North / South runways and through the surrounding airplane hangars.

The 5K Run/Walk takes place at the Watervliet Municipal Airport in Watervliet, Michigan. The race will run around the North/South runway and through the surrounding airplane hangars beginning at 10:00 am (registration opens at 8:30 am). Strollers are permitted. Pre-registered participants will receive an event t-shirt while supplies last. Special awards to the overall male and female runners and walkers, and medals to age group winners. Proceeds benefit EAA Chapter 585. Register online with options to pay by credit card, or mail check or money order.

ENTRY FEES:
15 & Over:  $15 through October 1

                  $20 October 2 through Race Day

14 & Under: $15 through Race Day

RACERS members receive $2 discount with code through October 1.

SWMI RACERS will provide live finish times for this event.

Same day packet pickup and registration available Sunday, October 15 from 8:30 - 9:45 am.
