Join us for an energizing fitness mashup that brings together your favorite workouts — RIPPED and Boxing Strength — all rolled into one empowering session led by inspiring instructors. Plus, enjoy 30 minutes of post-workout recovery with OneLife’s red light therapy, hydromassage or compression therapy. We’re celebrating the power of women moving, sweating, and lifting each other up because together, we’re StrongHER. Your participation helps support Girls on the Run of the Greater Chesapeake, fueling programs that uplift and inspire girls to know their limitless potential. 

  • RIPPED - A fun combo of strength training, aerobic exercise and interval work
  • Boxing Strength - A fusion of boxing and strength training, using light weights/kettlebells/TRX.

The format for Sunday, March 22nd is: 

11:15-11:30- Check-in at OneLife Fitness Center in Hunt Valley (126 Shawan Rd #300, Cockeysville, MD 21030)

11:30 am- 12:00 pm- 30 minutes RIPPED

12:00 pm- 12:30 pm- 30 minutes Boxing Strength

12:30 pm- 1:00pm- 30 minutes post-workout recovery
