Fall 2023 Junior Coach Application

The Junior Coach application for the Fall 2023 season is closed. Spring 2024 application will be available after the New Year. 

Requirements of Junior Coach Applicants:

- Be a GOTR Alumni (past participant in our 3-5th or 6-8th grade programming)

- Be 16-18 years of age (in high school)

- Complete Junior Coach application

- Return signed waiver (signed by parent/guardian if under 18)

- Complete background check (if 18 years old)

- Complete online and in-person training

- Consistently attend practices throughout the season (1x/week required; 2x/week preferred)

- Support team at the culminating 5K event

Junior Coach Selection Process

Junior Coach placements are limited. Selection is based on site/team availability and match with candidate's interest, skills, and commitment. Candidates will be notified if they are selected for the Junior Coach Program.
