Spring 2025 Junior Coach Application

The Junior Coach application for the Spring 2025 season will be open February 3rd - February 28th.

Requirements of Junior Coach Applicants:

- Be a GOTR Alumni (past participant in our 3-5th or 6-8th grade programming)

- Be 16-18 years of age (in high school)

- Complete Junior Coach application

- Return signed waiver (signed by parent/guardian if under 18)

- Complete background check (if 18 years old)

- Complete online and in-person training

- Consistently attend practices throughout the season (1x/week required; 2x/week preferred)

- Support team at the culminating 5K event

Junior Coach Selection Process

Junior Coach placements are limited. Selection is based on site/team availability and matches with the candidate's interest, skills, and commitment. Candidates will be notified if they are selected for the Junior Coach Program.
